1. Shipping Policy
At THE GRINDER DEPOT, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
•    Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation.
•    Delivery Times and Methods:
o    Items up to 50 kg: Shipped via postal service. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
o    Items over 50 kg: Shipped via specialized freight carrier. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days.
•    Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

 

2. Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your machines and tools. Should you need to make a return, we follow the guidelines below:
•    Timeframe: You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
•    Return Conditions: The item must be in its original packaging, with no signs of misuse or damage caused by improper handling.
•    Shipping Costs:
o    Defective products or shipping errors: THE GRINDER DEPOT will cover all return shipping costs.
o    Returns due to change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
•    Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
•    Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the merchandise at our distribution center, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 5 business days.

 

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate the process, please contact our support team via email at suportetgd@gmail.com or by phone at 407 881-1596, providing:
•    Order number.
•    Full name of the buyer.
•    Reason for the return (including photos if the item is damaged).
Inspection upon Receipt: "We recommend that the customer inspect the packaging at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage to the cargo, please refuse the shipment or note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt."
